Members Title Agency is a very fast paced office with a core commitment to making sure we provided excellent service to our members. Quality is not sacrificed for quantity, it just so happens that Members Title does both very well. In this role I signed closings, collaborated with lenders to balance figures for the final Closing Disclosures to support the closers. I examined mortgages, liens, and contract documents and verified legal descriptions, restrictions, and ownership.I ordered title searches, lien reports, estoppels, payoffs and any other documentation necessary to ensure marketable title is conveyed. I examined and prepared reports related to title encumbrances found in the search activities. I would confer with buyers/sellers and lenders for the accuracy of title-related information to ensure smooth transfer of ownership.

Successfully launched and lead organization focused on growing the tech workforce throughout the Tampa Bay area after completing in-depth market research. Established the go-to-market strategy, and guided the implementation of the business model. Designed and delivered children’s programming during Summer 2014 and an adult program that was launched in Fall 2014. Grew active social media presence and personal brand awareness, which has led to interest and attention of several Venture Capitalists and Tech CEOs. Interviewed by the Wall Street Journal and Business Observer in May 2015, Entrepreneur Magazine in June 2015 and was invited to speak at Ignite Tampa Bay in 2014. Guided children’s groups in understanding entrepreneurial fundamentals through the introduction of programming games. Defined the adult program focus of front-end engineering knowledge and the leveraging of a UX-focused approach to subject matter expert.

Selected as one of 45 from a group of more than 650 as a Peer Mentor and member of the 2011 Traditions team with responsibility for delivering the on-boarding program for the Parks and Resorts and Disney Cruise lines of business. Consistently met and exceeded company KPI, personal development, and team objectives as a Rapid Cycle Test Team/Guest Services Agent.
Received frequent written commendations from both guests and peers for exceptional job performance.
Hand-picked with one other Sales and Travel Operations team to participate in a corporate roundtable and site visit from Walt Disney Executive Management.

Store Manager 

1991 – 2000

Responsible for retail store operations, budget management, and sales, which required an ongoing focus on staff training in order to engage student workers. Introduced training focused on understanding basic Human Resources and Financial concepts, which served as an incentive for staff performance. Achieved one of the lowest turnover rates in the company and Top 5 ranking of Secret Shopper scores of the more than 350 stores (during tenure in position). Contributed towards securing the University of Tampa account and seamless opening of the store, which resulted in closing the year at $1.8M. Appointed to assist Regional Manager with recruiting for management roles, providing training to low-performance store teams, and buying for smaller stores.
